When will my order ship?
Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after production of the item is complete using USPS Ground Shipping for a flat rate of $10. Expedited shipping can be purchased at a premium if needed.
JerkyMadeIt! is not responsible for lost or stolen items after it is in the possession of postal carriers.
Can I return or exchange?
Because every piece is custom made one of one, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please double check measurements and sizing before purchase. For any immediate concerns on your purchase, please contact me. Customer satisfaction is my biggest priority.
How do they fit?
Most hoodies fit true to size. If in between sizes, we highly recommended sizing up to reduce the amount of stretching and pulling on the garment. Please refer to each item's measurements and description to help with your purchase.
How should I care for my product?
Wash cold, inside out, and let it air dry to keep everything looking it's best. Since each piece is fully reworked with stitching throughout, it’s built to hold — but still treat it with care. Try to avoid excessive pulling or snagging on the stitched areas.
How long do custom orders take?
Custom orders typically require approximately 6–8 weeks for completion, depending on design complexity, material availability, and current order volume. Expedited production is available for an additional premium; however, even rush orders require a minimum turnaround time of at least 2 weeks.
What materials are used?
Each product is made using recycled and secondhand garments that are carefully sourced and reworked by hand. Please consider that some pieces may show minor signs of wear — small imperfections that come with the history of the materials. We do our best to avoid any major flaws.
